A little bit about me.
I’m Carolyn, the heart and hands behind Soul Serenity. My journey in supporting others began in 2000 with my counselling training, laying a strong foundation in holding space and deep listening. Over the past 11-12 years, I’ve been offering massage therapy and the healing energy of Reiki. My passion for creating natural products began 20 years ago, weaving nature’s gifts into soulful self-care.
Rooted in my own deep spiritual journey, my mission is to help you slow down, reconnect with your true self, and remember the power and wisdom that already lives within you. Through these combined offerings, I create a safe, nurturing space where you can find balance, healing, and a deeper sense of soul serenity.
Why the Triquetra symbol for your logo?
The triquetra, an ancient symbol of interconnection, beautifully reflects the heart of my work. For me, it represents the harmony between mind, body, and soul — the three sacred parts we weave together on the journey toward healing and wholeness. It also embodies the energy of the Maiden, Mother, and Crone, honouring the different stages of a woman’s life and the cycles of growth, transformation, and wisdom. In my business, the triquetra is a reminder that true wellness is a balance of all these aspects, and that we each hold the power to come home to ourselves, naturally and spiritually.
The colour purple that I use on my website and all my logos and banners, embodies the energy of spirituality, intuition, and deep inner wisdom — all core to my work at Soul Serenity. It symbolises connection to higher consciousness and the journey back to the soul, inviting a sense of calm, healing, and spiritual awakening in every experience I offer.
