We offer natural wellness products, energy healing services (including Reiki and massage but not limited to), and personal development workshops (in-person and online). All services are intended for relaxation and personal growth, not medical treatment.

2. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings require full payment to secure your spot.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 24 hours.

  • Missed appointments without notice will not be refunded.

3. Refund Policy

  • Due to the personal nature of our services and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds on opened or used natural products.

  • For digital products and online workshops, all sales are final unless stated otherwise.

4. Disclaimer

  • Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.

5. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for communication, booking, or purchasing purposes and will not be shared without your consent.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Non-Clinical Service
These sessions are offered as soul-centred, intuitive guidance and emotional/spiritual support. They are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or mental health services. I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

    I have completed formal training in counselling and personal development over a two-year period. However, I do not hold a formal counselling qualification due to not sitting the final exam. My services are based on lived experience, spiritual understanding, and intuitive care.

  2. Scope of Support
    If it becomes clear during our work together that you may benefit from clinical or therapeutic services, I may gently suggest seeking support from a qualified professional in addition to or instead of continuing sessions.

    Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being throughout and after the session. These sessions are designed to support self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional resilience, but outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
